castlefall
A party word game with hidden teams, for about six to ten people. Everyone gets the same list of words and one word of their own; half the room shares yours. Work out who — without handing your word to the other side. Full rules.
Everyone playing needs the same room name. Share the link — the
room travels in it, after the #.
Quick Rules
- Everyone sees the same word list; you also get one private word.
- Half the room shares your word. The other half shares a different one.
- Talk. Work out who is on your side — without saying your word.
- When a team is sure, declare. Correct guesses score.

Autokick is off by default here. Locking your phone drops the connection, and with autokick on that would drop you from the room; off, your name is held and you reconnect straight back into it.
Castlefall was invented at Epsilon Theta and implemented by betaveros (MIT). This is a port: the client is rewritten without a build step and the server runs on Cloudflare Workers. Words are EFF’s short diceware list (CC BY 3.0).
